Summer '25 Field Trips - Summer 2025

Field trips are open ONLY to those children enrolled in our BCYC summer program. That registration information can be found at www.beltonyouth.com on our Summer Camp page.

Instructions for Summer Field Trips:

  1. All students registering for field trips must already be registered and enrolled in the BCYC Summer Camp Program.
  2. Ages listed in parenthesis on the field trip title are related to the age of the child at the time of the field trip. The system will not allow a registration if the child is not in the applicable age range.
  3. Field trips will close 1 week prior to the field trip date.
  1. Click on “Sign Me Up"
  2. Login or create an account. If you currently play sports at BCYC or have played sports starting with spring 2024 volleyball or later, you will already have a “teamsideline” account.
  3. Add your child as a “player/participant” to your account.
  4. Select your child from the dropdown and add the “enrollment” for the field trip you wish for your child to attend and select “add to cart”
  5. Repeat the steps for all desired field trips and kids.
  6. Checkout when finished.

*Refunds will not be granted after registration for each field trip has closed*

Frequently Asked Questions
  • What does my child need to bring on FT?: Your child needs to wear their red BCYC shirt on all field trips. Extra shirts are available for purchase at the office. Sunscreen suggested for all outdoor trips. Bring towels, sunscreen and change of clothes for all water field trips. Your child will need a packed lunch for all field trips that are gone past 12:00. BISD will not provide sack lunches for field trips.
  • What times will my child be gone?: Your child needs to be at BCYC 15min prior to the "departure" time listed on the field trip detail sheets found on our website. We will make every good faith attempt to be back by the time listed on the same sheet, and will send a message if something arises where we won't make it back by the time listed.
